The problem it solves
There is no reliable model-to-pad catalogue for most Chinese scooters. Sellers list pads by a generic shape code or by a photograph, and buyers match by eye. Pads that look identical in a photograph differ by two or three millimetres in height — enough that they will not sit in the caliper.

How to use it

- 02Take the pads out, clean the backing plate, and draw round it on the grid.
- 03Mark the pin hole centres — they are the feature most likely to differ between two pads of the same outline.
