Who actually makes Apex Motosports Inc?

What the Apex Motosports filings say about the engines

Apex Motosports has filed only fuel-injected engines: 3 certificate rows and no carburettors at all, so a jet kit is the wrong search for any of them.

The engine codes on Apex Motosports' test vehicles —2 distinct across the filings — are led by 1P61QMK and 174FMN. The code is stamped on the crankcase and is a better search term than the badge.

All 3 filings are 50-state certifications, so every one of these machines was certified for sale in California.

Rated power across the range runs from 10.3 kW to 14 kW (about 14 to 19 hp).

The vehicle builder named on every row is Yongkang Eagle Motor Co., LTD.

Each figure is read straight off the EPA certificate rows; the per-family pages below carry the full breakdown for every engine family.
