Who actually makes Mfg Powersports?

What the Mfg Powersports filings say about the engines

Every Mfg Powersports filing on record is carburetted — 8 certificate rows, 2015 to 2016, and not one fuel-injected engine among them.

The engine codes on Mfg Powersports' test vehicles —2 distinct across the filings — are led by 154FMI and 172FMM. The code is stamped on the crankcase and is a better search term than the badge.

All 8 filings are 50-state certifications, so every one of these machines was certified for sale in California.

Rated power across the range runs from 6.1 kW to 14 kW (about 8 to 19 hp).

The vehicle builder named on every row is Yongkang Lingying Electric Appliance Co., Ltd.

Each figure is read straight off the EPA certificate rows; the per-family pages below carry the full breakdown for every engine family.
