Who actually makes Pagsta LLC?

What the Pagsta filings say about the engines

Pagsta has filed only fuel-injected engines: 1 certificate row and no carburettors at all, so a jet kit is the wrong search for any of them.

None of the 1 filings is a 50-state certification: these were sold as 49-state machines, not certified for California.

Rated power on the record is 18 kW (about 24 hp).

The vehicle builder named on every row is Pagsta LLC Limited Liability Company.

Each figure is read straight off the EPA certificate rows; the per-family pages below carry the full breakdown for every engine family.
